Our return policy Our goal is to provide you with high-quality printed products that will delight you for years and years to come. However, if you believe your book has a defect in print quality or workmanship, please contact us at membersupport@panraven.com. We'll ask you to return your book to us, and once received, we'll send you a replacement book at our cost (inclusive of all printing and shipping costs). If you realize you made and error in your book that you'd like to correct, please contact us at membersupport@panraven.com, and we'll arrange for a 25% discount off the price of a replacement.
